Our customers are Oil, Gas and Petro Chemical industries including EPC contractors. Located in Jakarta, Cikarang, Cikupa, Surabaya and Balikpapan, we are looking for suitable candidate to fill the position as our:

SALES MANAGER - OIL/GAS (JAKARTA)

Responsibilities :
  • Set goals and objectives, develop Sales / Business Plan
  • Established call plans and strategies, develops account profile and execute sales plan.
  • Identify and develops account penetration strategies
  • Develop, grow key accounts and increase sales with main focus on the oil & gas Industries
  • Formulating and implementing sales & business strategies to achieve budgeted sales target
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through in depth knowledge of customer organizations, increasing account dedication , timely communication and follow up
  • Provide periodic report to management

Requirements :

  • S1 degree (preferable in Electrical Engineering)
  • Less than 35 years old
  • Have minimum 4 - 6 years experience in sales in Oil and Gas industries.
  • Have pleasant personalities and wide networking in Oil & Gas Industries.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Self starter that manages time and activities with lettle day to day guidance or interaction from management
  • Computer literate, good command of written & spoken English
  • Have permanent address in Jakarta

Channel Sales Manager | Indonesia (Based in Jakarta)

The Channel/Distribution Sales Manager wins, maintains and expands relationships with channel partners. Channel/Distribution partners are assigned based on geography, vertical market or key customers. The Channel/Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability and partner recruitment objectives.

The Channel/Distribution Sales Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned Channel/Distribution partners though they may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in vertical market.


The Channel/Distribution Sales Manager reports to the Country Sales Manager, South East Asia & Australasia.


Job Description

  •  Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts in Indonesia.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an going basis
  • Sell through partner organisations to end users in coordination with partne sales resources
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Drives adoption of company programs amongst assigned partners
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners
  • Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end user customer management as appropriate
  • Works closely with Customer Service Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a business to business sales environment
  • Demonstrated sales achievements consistently
  • A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and financial skills
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Computer literacy is required
  • Self-motivated, diligent and detail-oriented.
  • Travel is required which may include some overnight travel
Education
    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent
