Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Source, search, and communicate for potential projects and partnership.
Review the products to develop Feasibility Report Study termsheet proposal and Business Case.
Plan projects timeline and resource allocation and do preparation of the projects and priorities.
Coordinate internally with scientific supporting function for the feasibility from scientific point of view.
Collect, compile, verify and analyse information from internal and external sources (for example, market, demographic, economic and other sales record data) in order to develop recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
Review, negotiate partnership agreement.

Persyaratan:

Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Medical Science
1-3 years experience in Pharmaceutical & Biotech licensing/Marketing and Sales/Management
Male/Female (max 35 years)
English skill (Writing & Reading)
Analytical person,Sales Ability/Persuasiveness,Managing Work,Initiating Action
To be located in East Jakarta

Assistant Finance Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

This position will directly report to the Financial Controller and supervise a team of finance staff.
You will assist and supervise subordinates in the day-to-day operations and provide training to the team and review job allocation.
You will responsible for overseeing the month-end closing process including general ledger.
You will perform monthly Balance Sheet schedules and assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in all financial audit, tax and statutory matters.
You will be ensuring that the accounting reports are in compliance with local laws and approved accounting regulations, standards and practices.
You will also perform daily Cash Flow forecasts and overseas day to day treasury matters, including maintenance of bank loans service and covenants.
You will handle overseas Ad Hoc Projects and be in charge of overseas Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
You will assist in the on-going improvement of financial operational processes, financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

The candidate for this role must have a Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years experience in Finance and Accounting. You must also have the experience in handling a team. Experience within the travel industry is an advantage plus a working knowledge of the Hyperion system.
