Plant Officer - Mojokerto

Responsibilities
Purpose of the position :
  • To execute and support all the plant operation requirements to meet the plan timely, qualitatively & budgetary.
  • To make sure that all operation will meet to the ESH requirement.
  • Take initiative to make any improvement that related to the quality, process and the safety.
Specific duties and responsibilities :
  • Responsible for the all effective seeds drying and processing operation & management.
  • Supervised and lead seasonal employee and take responsibility of safety in the assigned area.
  • Supervised seasonal employee and take responsibility of 5S in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate the manpower , Shift , OT planning , budgetary , monitoring and control.
  • Make Improvement – initiate, contribute and implement the project.
  • Make sure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 are implemented well and comply on the workplace.
  • Make sure all reporting done timely.
  • Monitor the effective machines operating and arrange the self maintenance with the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or other related field).
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field of multinational companies and possesses good inter-personal and communication to the team.
  • “Can do” attitude, have strong in the leadership, result oriented and team player.
  • Fluent in English (writing and reading) will be advantage.

Learning & Development Specialist - Mojokerto

Responsibilities:
  • In coordination with Plant HR manager in development of organisation wide human resource development plan and advise on appropriate approaches to implement the plans and develop systems to support regular programme wide human resource analysis (staff profiles etc.)
  • Ability to develop training need analysis, training module, training management and training budgeting
  • To support HR manager in developing appropriate tools to assess staff development needs, support the implementation of a programme wide participatory needs assessment and also create learning and sharing environment within organisation
  • To ensure updated HR information regarding training and development
  • Facilitate delivery of specific HR training workshops, events and courses and to collect information and disseminate as required by HR Manager regarding training and development for the staff
  • Ensuring that relationships with third party ( training provider, consultant etc)  are maintained and assuring that all agreement with them are in line with prevailing company regulation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum A university graduate (S1) or equivalent in Management, preferably Human Resources
  • Minimum 3  - 5  years working experiences in learning & development or training area
  • Comprehensive strategic and operational learning and development – Training experience, including the areas of identifying and developing training needs analysis, gap assessment, budgeting, training execution and evaluation.
  • The ability to think strategically, to identify the HR implications of the organization’s plans and to respond with an integrated HR approach.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with HR and management colleagues including well developed influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of budget and financial processes and the ability to work in a cost effective manner
  • Solution focused with the ability to work quickly and flexibly in changing circumstances.
  • The ability to facilitate the principles of equity and fairness into practice and an empathy with the values and objectives of organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer programmes (Excel, spread sheets, etc)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong representation skills
  • Conceptual and Analytical Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Concern for Order, Customer Service Orientation, Developing Others Integrity, Initiative, Organisation Commitment
