Senior Analyst Programmer - Purbalingga (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and maintain daily operational ERP system usage.
Continous review of existing business process and suggest improvements.
Support users in daily operation and enable process efficiency via more automatic process, better reports, information, etc.
Ensure hardware, software and IT infrastructure are functioning properly.
Cotinuous exploration of latest trend and technology to support company efficiency.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Internal users & resources.
Organizing & implementing technology development, deployment & operationalization within the bussiness.
Continuously looking for opportunities for better quality of business process and efficiency in technology development, deployment & operationalization within the company needed.
To stay alert on trends in technology relevant to corporate group core business, and actively providing professional recommendation to commercial teams as product development and product improvement opportunity for every business unit relevant with the technology trend.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or related fields.
Minimum 5 years in similar experience: Senior programmer, system analyst, project development, project management, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to formulate creative solutions to day-to-day problems and make good decisions on the fly.
Planning, organizing and implementation skill with minimum 3 years proven track record in leading successfull information technology development, deployment & operationalization.
Effective management communication skill, especially in presenting the big picture understanding, integrity and trust, association between the elements of big picture and identification of critical success factors to be set as active focus.
Strong capability in making a professional judgement & demonstrating a positive drive in taking the accountability.
Good knowledge and implementation of various program languange technology and applications as well as server technology (Java, VBA, .Net, VBScript).
Experience with the QAD software application is a plus.
Willing to be placed in Purbalingga & Banjarnegara.

Membuat SPT Masa PPh Pasal 21
Membuat e-SPT Masa PPN dan melaporkannya

Persyaratan:

Wanita
Usia 25 -39 tahun
Pendidikan minimal D3
Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidang Accounting
Diutamakan berdomisili didaerah Purwokerto, Purbalingga
Mampu mengoperasikan Komputer dengan baik (Ms. Office)
Memiliki SKCK
Tidak sedang terikat kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain
